The heat and rain did not spoil the fun for our dinner guests
Story Construction held its annual Appreciation and Recognition Event on July 21, 2011 at Coldwater Golf Links in Ames. This event is held to express Story’s appreciation to its industry partners and to recognize the outstanding firms we have worked with during the past year.
Each year Story personnel nominate firms to be recognized for Subcontractor and Supplier of the Year Awards. This year, Tanley Reinforcing was named Subcontractor of the Year. Located in St. Peter, MN, Tanley is a reinforcing steel installation contractor. Carroll Construction Supply was named Supplier of the Year. With 18 Midwest locations, Carroll Construction Supply provides concrete forming systems, foundation supplies and construction equipment.

Steve Chmelar and Ward Mallonee of Carroll Construction Supply were presented the Supplier of the Year award from Martin Miille, Story Construction.
