Story to replace Harlan’s RBC Disk
Story’s Waste Water team will be replacing the rotating biological contactor in Harlan, Iowa. Veenstra & Kimm is the engineer on the project.
Story Construction Selected as CM for Wayne Athletic Complex
Story Construction will team up with ORIS, PLC, to help design a new football stadium for the Fighting Falcons of Wayne High School in Corydon, Iowa. Ankeny School District Selects Story Construction as Construction Manager
At a recent meeting, the Ankeny Community School District Board unanimously approved Story Construction to be the construction manager for the new Southview Middle School.

City of Norwalk Hosts Ribbon Cutting
The City of Norwalk hosted a ribbon cutting and tour on August 10, 2011 for the reopening of its renovated City Hall. Story Construction was the construction manager on this project and on the recently completed Public Works Maintenance and School District’s Transportation Facility.
Green Hills Retirement Community Breaks Ground
Green Hills Retirement Community in Ames held a groundbreaking on June 7, 2011 for its Health and Wellness Expansion project. Story is the Design-Builder for this project.
AIB College of Business Begins Expansion
AIB College of Business in Des Moines broke ground on June 7, 2011 for its Activities Center expansion. Story Construction is the general contractor for this $1.5 million project.
Quakerdale Breaks Ground on Biggest Expansion in Recent Years
The New Providence Quakerdale campus broke ground on June 2, 2011 on its gymnasium expansion project. The addition is the biggest expansion in recent years for this non-profit, Christian agency that provides a wide range of healing and learning opportunities to youth and their families. Story Construction is the general contractor for this project.
Story Construction is Owner’s Representative for Mason City Schools
Story Construction has taken on the role as Owner’s Representative for Mason City Iowa School District’s $33 million, multi-phase project to renovate the existing John Adams Middle School and Mason City High School. Completion is scheduled for September 2013.
