Story has completed numerous projects for Ball Corporation, a manufacturer of plastic containers for food and beverage customers. Three major projects are highlighted below:

A 250,000 sq. ft. manufacturing/warehouse/office facility was constructed in 1997. The fast-track, design-build project was substantially completed in six months. The facility includes areas for climate-controlled manufacturing, automated palletizing of finished product, warehouse space, and eight loading docks.

In 1999 a 250,000 sq. ft. separate warehouse facility was constructed that includes a 4,000 sq. ft. connecting link to Ball’s manufacturing facility adjacent to the warehouse.

In 2002 a second warehouse structure with connecting link was constructed. This 326,500 sq. ft. facility with a 6,180 sq. ft. connecting link was completed in less than nine months
