Timberland Village is a Senior Independent and Assisted Living facility. This development consists of four wood-framed buildings with connecting links.

The assisted living building has 24 apartments comprised of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom options. Two buildings house the 36, one and two bedroom, independent living apartments that also include laundry areas, common sitting areas and an underground garage.

The Commons Area consists of the community room that has a small kitchen, fireplace lounge, chapel, formal dining room, barber/beauty shop, exercise room, library/computer lab, sun rooms, offices and staff lounge.
