J. E. Dunn Construction in association with Story Construction provided construction management services for two projects. Story provided onsite management and coordination of the work of all bid package contractors.

Small Animal Hospital Addition & Renovation

Completed in 2008 this $48 million project included an addition to the main building that houses large animal and equine outpatient/treatment facilities. Remodeling efforts upgraded the Biosafety Level 2 facility for the Veterinary Diagnostic Lab to a Level 3 facility.

Teaching Hospital and Diagnostic Laboratory Renovation

Scheduled to be completed 2012 this $45 million project will add more than 17,000 sq. ft. of new space and renovate more than 88,000 sq ft. of space in the existing building.
