Supporting its desire for a community connection this first phase of the First Evangelical Free Church’s “The Plex” incorporates multi-use gathering spaces for recreational, presentation and community opportunities. The structure features a gymnasium, multi-purpose rooms, classrooms and kitchen.

Structural components include a structural steel frame with metal joist and deck. Load-bearing masonry block is used for the gymnasium. The exterior is a combination of metal wall panels and brick veneer. The roof is a TPO roof over polyiso insulation. The interior is conventional metal stud, drywall, paint, carpet, tile, and casework construction. The sitework consists of site grading, the construction of a new parking lot, site lighting, and utilities.
