Story Construction was the design-builder for this warehouse/distribution facility that was completed for a private developer in the Ames Community Development Park.

 The structure incorporates a concrete slab on grade with a Butler pre-engineered metal building system, and precast concrete wainscot walls with a standing seam metal roof.

 Features include 24’ clear height ceilings, six loading dock areas and a fire sprinkler system.
