The scope of this improvements project included the construction of one 4-train Vertical Loop Reactor, one 100 ft. diameter Final Clarifier and Scum Pump Station, one 65 ft. diameter Aerobic Digester Tank, two Blower Buildings, associated piping, electrical, controls, demolition, grading and paving.

The project included approximately 5,500 cubic yards of poured concrete and 530 tons of rebar in the various structures on the project.
