Story Construction Co. was the Construction Manager/Constructor for this retirement community built in 1987. The community consists of an apartment building; 32 townhome units; parking garage with grade-level parking; and an 8,500 sq. ft., health care center. The eight-story structure incorporates apartments, kitchen facilities and a commons area for the residents.

In 2011 Story Construction will begin construction of a major expansion at the retirement community including remodeling of the existing health care facility that adds a memory care unit, new dining and kitchen facilities and an enclosed courtyard. Three new additions will be completed that will include additional skilled nursing beds, assisted-living apartments, and a wellness center complete with a therapy pool.
