The new Huxley Wastewater Treatment Facility consists of several buildings on a 36.7 acre site. The combination office, lab, and maintenance garage is a 4,080 sq. ft. metal building. Adjacent to this structure is a 3,360 sq. ft. storage building.

The Activated Sludge Process structures consist of the following: headworks building, flow splitter box structure, two large oxidation ditches, two 60’ diameter clarifiers, return-activated and waste-activated sludge pump, blower building, two aerobic digesters, two biosolids storage areas and a UV disinfection channel

The completed plant has a 3.5 MGD capacity.
