This project involved a five million gallons-per-day expansion and modifications to an existing wastewater treatment plant.

Expansion work included a laboratory/administration building, maintenance/vehicle storage building, vortex grit removal system, primary and secondary clarifiers, aeration tanks with fine bubble diffusers and centrifugal blowers, rotating drum sludge thickeners, anaerobic sludge digesters, and wastewater pumping systems. Modifications were made to the chlorine contact tanks and chlorination system. Also included in the contract was related site work and extensive mechanical and electrical work.
