This project involved the construction of a new 30 mgd ground water treatment plant for the Missouri-American Water Company. The facilities include a main plant building containing a chemical area, rapid mix basin, 6 filters, 1.5 million gallon clear well, distributive pumping station and administrative area. Three process clarifiers and central control building support the main plant. Wastewater facilities include two circular backwash clarifiers, a residuals equalization basin; and a central wastewater control building.
