This project incorporates the additions consisting of one and two-story buildings of masonry and steel construction totaling approximately 53,000 sq. ft., and renovation of existing building areas totaling 98,000 sq. ft. and associated site work.

The work at the Norwalk High School building included a new gymnasium lobby and public restrooms and a complete renovation of the mechanical systems. The addition of the new 8/9 building adds classroom space and a new cafeteria.
