This distribution center was constructed for Patterson Dental Supply, one of the largest distributors of dental products in North America. The facility occupies a 14 acre site in the Boone Business Park and incorporates 72,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space and a two-story office area totaling 6,000 sq. ft.

The structure incorporates a reinforced concrete slab on grade with a conventional steel structure, columns, beams, joist and deck and EPDM roof. The exterior walls are insulated site cast tilt-up concrete wall panels utilizing the Thermomass® Building System.

Patterson Dental moved into the warehouse portion of the building within seven months after project start-up.
