Story Construction was the design-builder for Sauer-Danfoss’ new 157,500 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. The facility also includes an area for warehousing and a 20,000 sq. ft. two-story office area.

Construction features include a reinforced concrete floor slab with a conventional steel structure, columns, beams, joist and deck and a ballasted EPDM roof. The exterior walls are load-bearing and non load-bearing insulated plant-cast concrete wall panels. The end walls are designed to be relocated for future expansion.
