This 30,000 sq. ft. facility offers 36 apartments each with its own bathroom and kitchen area. The facility is configured with apartment options to accommodate individuals who have Alzheimer’s or other memory disorders.

Vinton, Iowa
Similar to the Webster City facility, the Vinton facility living area (24,600 sq. ft.) consists of 4 wings with 8 to 10 units in each wing. Each wing is totally capable of autonomous living with apartment style dwellings.

The communities feature common areas with an activity center, sun room, lounge areas and a dining hall. Courtyards with walking trails were constructed for outdoor activities.
