This spring, Story Construction is wrapping up another design-build project for Iowa Realty, this time at its office location in Waukee. The project featured an interior demolition and buildout of new office finishes, and furniture installation will be completed by the end of April
“Knowing Waukee is the fastest growing city and Dallas County being the fastest growing county, it’s only logical that a real estate company as big as Iowa Realty should grow and adapt where we need to for our clients and agents,” said Jaime Tollari, Sales Manager for Iowa Realty’s Waukee, Beaverdale and Adel offices.
Iowa Realty and Story’s design team kept similar finishes and furniture themes as the recent buildout at Iowa Realty’s new location at Mills Crossing, which was completed in 2021. Many of the same materials, furniture, features, and types of spaces (offices, touch down spaces, collaboration spaces and private phone rooms) that were included in the Mills Crossing space were incorporated in the new design for Waukee.
“During COVID-19 we all learned new strategies for doing our business and how office space will be used in the future,” added Tollari. “I can’t say enough good things about the Story team, and we’re looking forward to completing another renovation at our Beaverdale location.”
Construction at Iowa Realty’s Beaverdale location – the company’s original office location – begins this month.
