Ballard Middle School

With a $19.85 million bond issue approved in December 2018. Ballard Community School district was able to begin some district-wide renovations, including their middle school. Story was hired as the construction manager for this project that included site improvements, a courtyard infill, and total interior renovations. The building now fits the needs of a middle school, featuring shared spaces such as a gymnasium, library, and music wing, and also “pods” for each grade that facilitate a community feel.
