Designer: FEH Design
With a school that was originally built in 1913, Baxter Community School District was in need of substantial renovation. Story was hired as the construction manager for this project that included the demolition of the existing three-story structure, renovation of approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of existing space and a 20,492 sq. ft. addition. The school is now ADA compliant and features science labs and instructional space that will meet education standards for middle and high school curriculum.
