Saylorville Water Treatment Plant

Story Construction was the general contractor for the final phase of construction work necessary for Des Moines Water Works to produce water at the Saylorville WTP, the first water plant of its size to use an ultra-filtration system and reverse osmosis system to filter water. Work included installing process, HVAC and electrical systems for the plant, which is capable of producing 10 million gallons of drinking water per day.
