Green Hills Health & Wellness Addition

In 2011 Story was selected to serve as the design-builder for the Health & Wellness Project at Green Hills Retirement Community, which included adding 16 assisted living apartments, renovating the skilled nursing facility to add a new neighborhood and create more private rooms, designating space for a memory care neighborhood and building a new wellness center with a warm-water therapy pool. Work was completed in May 2012.
