UNI Wellness and Recreation Center

Story Construction served as the general contractor to build the three-story, 180,000-square-foot Wellness/Recreation Center for the University of Northern Iowa’s School of Health, Physical Education & Leisure Services. The center includes 80 offices and state-of-the-art classrooms and labs, an indoor suspended jogging track, lap pool and leisure pool, racquetball and basketball courts, aerobics studio, climbing wall, weight training area and locker rooms.
